Devon Winczura
Founder, Partner
Meet Devon Winczura, Founder of Envirotech Geothermal in 2006. Raised on a farm in Viking, AB, Devon pairs farming knowledge and pipefitting as an expert (IGSHPA Certified) geothermal installer. He and his family reside in Strathcona County. When Devon isn’t doing geo or farming, he enjoys golfing, hockey, camping and travelling. Devon has always been an entrepreneur at heart, and gained an appreciation for renewable energy and sought the opportunity to grow in the industry. A people person, Devon is responsible for our Google 5 Stars to date!
Steve Oslanski
Partner
Meet Steve Oslanski, responsible for our business development and corporate obligations. Steve resides in Strathcona County with his wife, son and daughter. Prior to becoming a Partner with Envirotech, Steve spent 15 years building relationships and signing agreements with landowners and stakeholders as one of the many components to providing energy to people’s homes. Steve is thrilled about the opportunities to provide homeowners and business owners with their very own utility, and to be a component of building clients’ dream homes by using renewable energy systems. Steve enjoyed meeting new people, traveling, camping, golf and hockey. Josh Dugas

Meet Josh Dugas, our Partner and Project Manager. Josh was raised in Millet, AB and currently resides in Leduc, AB. Possessing a millwright and refrigeration background, Josh spent over 13 years in the oil and gas industry where he managed large project teams. Prior to joining Envirotech as a Partner, Josh dedicated a couple years of his personal time on evenings and weekends to grow his passion for Geothermal. A world traveller, Josh realized the capability of geothermal energy during a hockey tournament in Iceland, An adventure seeker, Josh is also a Senior AAA hockey player, ex-professional MMA athlete, and enjoys golfing in the summer months.
