Steve was always easy to get a hold of and was happy to orient us to the ground source heat pump system we bought. The team was always able to answer our many detailed questions.Once on site to perform the install they were very careful and courteous. The sub-trades that they employed were also excellent. They worked hard to ensure that we were very happy with all aspects of the installation. I have since installed a number of systems to monitor the energy harvested from the ground loop and power consumption by the heat pump. My conclusion is that the system works precisely as the Envirotech Geothermal team promised.
Amazing service!
During the winter of 2021 our Geothermal Heat Pump stopped working. Devon arrived to our home promptly to do some trouble shooting of the unit. It was determined that a new unit would be needed as our current one was over 20 years old and had plenty of issues. Devon was familiar with our heat pump as he had repaired it a few years prior (he suggested we get a new unit then but we didn’t….. we should have listened to him!!) Devon was able to order a brand new unit which was shipped from Ontario. The unit arrived in 2 days and he and his team began installing it right away.
We can’t thank him enough for all the work he has done for us the last couple of years. Extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable!! Thanks again!!
